Since 1998 SK Fiber Golf has been committed to engineering and distributing total performance golf shafts that deliver consistent power for golfers of all skill levels to improve their game.
To achieve this level of performance, our supplier roll-wraps our shafts exclusively with premium aerospace-grade, unidirectional high tonnage carbon fiber and epoxy pre-preg tape. SkFiber shafts are manufactured under the most stringent and exacting quality control measures in the golf shaft industry. Each step in the production of SK Fiber shafts is carefully monitored and incorporates our proprietary "Pressure Plus System" process, which results in a shaft so consistent that we guarantee a frequency of +/- 1 CPM. SK Fiber is considered by many of the world's best club makers and players to be the most consistent shafts in the industry.
Our final in-plant quality control measures include active analysis of selected shafts in an oscillation analysis testing device that rotates and flexes shafts to verify the CPM frequency, torque, ratio between the tip-to-butt (aspect ratio) characteristics and spine identification. Finally, the shafts undergo a random physical spot check prior to packaging for shipping to golf club OEM's and professional club makers worldwide.
