Golf Head Policies
All of the heads listed on this site have an unconditional 100% replacement warranty on any damaged product that has been damaged from usual wear and tear (i.e. collapsed face, defective seam weld, etc.), for the time frame of 1 year from the date of purchase (scratches, paint chips, etc, not covered0. Send us the defective head and we'll replace it at no additional cost, except shipping.
It should be noted that SMT products carry an unconditional Lifetime Warranty on their products.

Golf Shaft Policies
Any shaft purchased through Steelcitylongdriver.com has a unconditional 100% replacement warranty for any shaft found to be defective as a result of usual wear and tear, for the time frame of 6 months from the date of purchase. Send us the defective piece and we'll send you a new one at no additional cost, except shipping.
It should be noted that any SMT product has a lifetime replacement warranty on all of it's shafts.
